Full Court Speed Academy session breakdown

Each session is 90 minutes and is built to develop the complete young basketball athlete. The first 55 minutes focus on basketball skill development, including ball-handling, shooting, finishing, footwork, and decision-making. The final 35 minutes focus on speed and agility training, helping athletes improve first-step quickness, lateral movement, change of direction, coordination, and overall on-court movement.

Athletes are separated by age and development level. The 1st–4th grade group focuses on building strong fundamentals, confidence, coordination, and basic basketball movement habits.

The 5th–8th grade group trains at a more advanced pace, with greater emphasis on competitive skill work, game-speed decision-making, defensive quickness, conditioning, and sharper change of direction. Both groups follow the same Complete Athlete model: basketball skills, speed, and agility working together in one structured 90-minute session.
