Full Court Speed Academy combines basketball skill development and athletic performance training in every structured 90-minute session.
Each training day also has its own identity. Wednesday focuses on creating space, body control and change of direction, Friday on handling and explosiveness, Saturday on finishing and jumping ability, and Sunday on decision-making and competitive play. These daily themes support the main curriculum while giving athletes a well-rounded training experience throughout the week.
Training is available Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Friday through Sunday offer separate Beginner groups for Grades 2–5 and Intermediate/Advanced groups for Grades 5–8. Wednesday is a combined Grades 4–8 session, giving athletes another opportunity to train, compete, and remain consistent when scheduling conflicts arise.

Every Full Court Speed session develops three areas serious young players need:
Basketball Skills
Speed and Agility
Foundational Strength and Movement
